Quick Facts about your Groomer:

I have a beautiful Bull Arab × Great Dane named Alice. I adopted her from Logan Pound in Queensland, and she’s a much-loved part of my family.
I typically wash or groom between 4 and 8 dogs each day, depending on their individual needs and the time required to give each one the care and attention they deserve.
My favourite dogs to care for are the golden oldies. I have a real soft spot for senior dogs and love giving them the extra gentle care they need.
I listen to them and always approach each dog with patience and understanding.
I like to take my time with anxious dogs, to make sure they're as comfortable as possible. I give them lots of love and talk to them throughout the groom.
My favourite part of the day on the road is the greetings at the start of each appointment, seeing the dogs’ excitement and starting every visit on a happy note.
What I like about dogs' personalities is that they are all different, and each little quirk is so special.
I love all things Italian food!
Happy animals make my heart sing!

Rachel is an absolute gem. She takes such beautiful care of our girl Ellie, who is a rescue greyhound, so it’s really important for her to trust people.
Ellie absolutely loves Rachel and gets so excited to see her and is able to relax and enjoy her pamper because she trusts Rachel.
I cannot express my gratitude enough, Rachel is the best and I recomend her to everyone with doggies!

We were looking after a Labradoodle for 6 weeks and Rachel was kind enough to care for her twice during that time.
Daisy is usually anxious but Rachel’s kind, caring, knowledgeable presence, gave daisy confidence to enjoy her pamper session.
We have had the pleasure of Rachel’s experience before with my foster greyhounds who have all enjoyed the time spent with Rachel,
Rachel has found her perfect job and gives her all to every client. We are lucky to know her and have her looking after our cherished 4 legged friends x

Philly and Embers love being snuggled, loved, washed and groomed by Rach. Rach handled Ember’s shy nature so patiently and Embers is now so relaxed when getting pampered. Rach is always so friendly and grooms our fur babies very well. We highly recommend Rach’s Dash Dog Wash Service.

Thank you so much for being gentle and caring with Dougal for his first clip with you.
We could tell he liked you straight away when you met, especially when he tried to run to you as he rarely does that now. He looks very cute. Thanks x

Bailey was so well looked after. Rachel communicated well with me prior to and after Baileys first appointment. Rachel went slow with Bailey as it was his first haircut and proper wash and he looks and smells AMAZING!!!!! Her work exceeded all expectations and I am blown away with Baileys transformations I will definitely be using her again
